Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unused and in the same condition as you received it
- In the original packaging
Exempt Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:
- Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
Additional Non-Returnable Items
The following items are also non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Select health and personal care items
Return Process
To complete your return, please follow these steps:
- Provide a receipt or proof of purchase
- Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- The item is not in its original condition or is damaged due to reasons not attributable to our error

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within a reasonable timeframe, please follow these steps:

- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, please follow these steps:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
